Does Not Commute – Tips, Tricks, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Share on FacebookShare on Google+Tweet about this on TwitterShare on RedditShare on TumblrPin on Pinterest

Does Not Commute is a unique and hilarious strategic driving game for the iOS and Android platforms where your goal is to control an entire commute, including every single commuter on the route. This means that a short relaxing drive will quickly turn into a charlie foxtrot as the town loads up with sliding, speeding cars driving like maniacs and trying to get wherever they are going with whatever strange problems are on their minds. Read on for some tips and tricks for Does Not Commute!

As you beat more and more stages you unlock various power ups, such as a turbocharger or traction control. Generally, though, these will buff one stat and nerf another stat, and for most stages that you play, you will be better off not using any of them, instead using the stock setup. Some situations will be helped with the boosts, though; for example, use the turbochargers on a completely straight path.

Crashing is going to slow you down massively, so if you crash, take the one-second penalty and rewind that car rather than losing ten seconds or more due to losing massive amounts of speed in your car. One second is much easier to make up, whereas ten to fifteen seconds is much more difficult to make up. Take the small loss rather than the big loss.

Make sure to collect every single one of the time boosters that you can find. The time boosters will add 10 seconds, usually, but some add 20 seconds. The number inside of the orange circle will tell you how many seconds are added.

Cross over dirt roads and other shortcuts as often as you can. Each one will typically only cut off a few seconds at a time compared to the given route, but many of them taken together will save a ton of time, giving you a lot of time at the beginning of the next round post-checkpoint. And since the time that you have after the checkpoint is the time that you are given every time that you come back to it, that’s rather important to have.

Even though the stories have no relevance whatsoever to what is going on in the game, be sure to read them anyways. Read them if for no other reason then that they are just hilarious to read. Whoever wrote the dialog for this game should be a comedy writer.

Island Raiders: Tips, Tricks, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Share on FacebookShare on Google+Tweet about this on TwitterShare on RedditShare on TumblrPin on Pinterest

Island Raiders is a new iOS and Android game from the Clash of Clans school of MMO action strategy, but when it comes to how closely it follows the mothership, as your ex’s Facebook status once said, “it’s complicated”. Like DomiNations, Island Raiders comes up with a far different, more complex and more innovative way to do things, as you city-build a la CityVille, then use a series of heroes to battle against other players in an almost action-RPG fashion. Read on for some tips and tricks for Island Raiders!

Like many city building games, one thing that will speed things up greatly is to take advantage of the free speed-ups you get for anything that takes 5 minutes or less to complete. In addition, once you join up with an alliance, you can send your current building project to them to speed up. Make sure to help them out with their projects in return.

If you want to unlock more heroes, all that you have to do is upgrade the tavern, then scroll over from your original hero to the next one over, and for a specific amount of ore, you can unlock them. Once you do, they have their own troops that you can assign to them at the Rally Point. That costs recruit points, so if you run out of recruit points you will have to switch heroes or simply wait for them to recover. Battling can cause them to recover, though.

For an easy way to see what you need to upgrade, go to the main city map and look for anything with a green upward-facing arrow next to it. If you run out of stuff left to upgrade, then that means that you are overdue for an upgrade to your Tribal Hall. Once you upgrade that, you will be able to build more new buildings and upgrade more existing buildings.

One of the best uses of pearls (the premium currency of the game) is to purchase new cottages or to upgrade the ones that you already have. Doing either one will massively cut down on the time that builders need in order to work. You can find super screws in battle which can then be used to upgrade the cottages, or you can directly spend pearls on the building, or simply spend pearls on the super screws.

When sending your troops and your hero in, send your troops as quickly as possible so that they can be as close to the hero as possible, acting as an instant force multiplier. Try to put them in next to the enemy’s defensive towers first so that they can nullify the most dangerous things first.

War Dragons – Tips, Tricks, Hints, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Share on FacebookShare on Google+Tweet about this on TwitterShare on RedditShare on TumblrPin on Pinterest

War Dragons is a new dragon raising game from Pocket Gems, who is far more well known for Dragon Story. This, unlike those, is mostly about battling against other players, rather than simply about collecting dragons and having them. You raise dragons of multiple element types, use them to strafe and attack enemy islands, and improve your own island to load up on food, wood and gold, as well as to fortify it heavily against rivals. Read on for some tips and tricks for War Dragons!

This is a PvP game, and how well you do depends on many factors. Chief among them is how few dragons you can destroy everything on an opponent’s island with. The less dragons that you use, the more goodies and experience that you will earn, and the more bonus flames, so use one dragon if at all possible. Scout out each area beforehand in order to make a plan for what order you are going to destroy stuff in.

Load up on towers, and expand your territory in order to fill it with more defensive towers. Some towers, such as the lightning tower, will be far more effective and do more damage if you place them near each other; other than these, use a big variety of both short- and long-range towers to do maximum damage to opposing players’ dragons.

To level up your dragons, you are going to need experience points and food. Earn more experience points in battles, and then use the food to train your dragons. To level up a weak dragon, send them into battle first, then when they die, send your strong dragon into battle, Any dragon that is used in battle will gain experience points; any dragon that is not used, will gain no experience.

Always be sure to complete Ash’s missions as well as the Dragon Guard’s missions. Ash’s missions will earn you assorted bonuses, such as more food or wood, or rubies, which are the premium currency of the game. The Dragon Guard missions will earn you egg tokens, which will earn you free egg tokens. Auxiliary missions will also earn rewards and help you build up your base.

One of the best uses of your rubies is to purchase one of the very rare, epic or legendary dragons. Some of them are not available by any means other than buying them using rubies (these are few and far between, though), and especially if you happen upon a whole lot of rubies early on in the game, these can boost your performance heavily.

League of Angels: Fire Raiders – Tips, Tricks, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Share on FacebookShare on Google+Tweet about this on TwitterShare on RedditShare on TumblrPin on Pinterest

League of Angels: Fire Raiders is a new RPG for the iOS and Android platforms. While the gameplay is not exactly original, it is and can be quite engrossing. You play with a party of up to six members, and your goal is to quest through numerous stages, upgrade your characters and their equipment, and beat increasingly tougher and tougher boss characters. Read on for some tips and tricks for League of Angels: Fire Raiders!

Each time that you battle, you’ll find more equipment for your characters, and you can find more equipment in the store as well. Once you have all six equipment slots filled, upgrade the applicable character and all of their stats will increase, and the equipment will disappear, allowing you to refill their equipment again. With each upgrade that you perform, their equipment for the next level will become harder and harder to come by.

Attacks in battle are done automatically, but always be sure to watch for the skill to fill up so that you can use it. When it’s glowing yellow, it’s ready to use. This also goes for Vienna’s ultimate skills, or any other angel’s ultimate skills. Most of the time, though, you can get away without using them except for during tougher boss battles. Therefore, load up on the special attacks for when the boss comes at the end of the battle.

When you are putting a team together, especially after earning a number of new characters, look not at the current stats of all of the characters, but at all of their base stats. The current stats will be skewed in favor of your oldest party members due to level ups, equipment upgrades, and soulstone evolutions, while the new characters, while weaker at the moment, may actually have better base stats. If you want to level up a new character to get them to match your others, go to the older stages and play them again as needed.

Once you either hit level 8 or unlock VIP 1, you can blitz stages that you have already beaten. Blitzing them means that you can automatically complete a battle in literally a second. You’ll earn all of the items that you normally would earn, plus you have a higher chance at earning specific EXP items, which can then be used to power up your heroes.

In general, build your party out of the rarest characters that you can (rarity being measured by stars). Do this and you will end up with characters who tend to have higher base stats and are only a few levels and an upgrade or two away from having sky-high battle stats.

Frontline Commando: WW2 Shooter – Tips, Tricks, Cheats and Strategy Guide

Share on FacebookShare on Google+Tweet about this on TwitterShare on RedditShare on TumblrPin on Pinterest

Frontline Commando: WW2 Shooter (or just Frontline Commando: WW2 on the Android platform) is a new rail shooter that branches off of the previous hit Frontline Commando: D-day. This one expands the concept a little bit, but like the previous one, you play as a soldier in WW2 with the expertise of a wide variety of weapons, from machine guns to bazookas to sniper rifles, and your goal is to knock off as many of the Axis forces as possible from Belgium and Germany to Italy, and even more in the future. Read on for some tips and tricks for Frontline Commando: WW2 Shooter!

The creators of this game love giving stuff away for free, so look for many opportunities to score free goods in exchange for watching advertisement videos. Go to the “Free Items” button on the main menu to watch videos in exchange for random items, such as airstrikes and med kits. Go to the IAP store and hit “Watch a video free” for free gold. Hit the “Get More Free” button to complete offers for gold.

Most of your missions will center around one gun, so use these missions to power up your weapons and to master the use of your various weapons, as well as to earn the cash to upgrade them and increase their power. Upgrade them only as much as you need to at the time, so that you can save up cash and use it to upgrade a specific weak point later on for a tougher stage.

Look for armor around too. You can either earn armor in a specific stage, or you can purchase armor using gems. Spend gold on the Soldier’s Fortune crates to get a chance at earning gems. You’ll also have a chance at either loading up on war cash or earning premium goods that you can’t buy for cash in the store.

If you get stuck on a tough mission, go and play the other missions for awhile until you rack up some upgrade cash. After earning the cash, upgrade whatever weapon you need for the tough mission. Some upgrades won’t increase the damage, but you can look ahead on the upgrade chart to see which future upgrades will increase damage or whatever other attributes you are trying to improve (such as bazooka range or machine gun firing rate).

If you beat all of the available central missions, go back and play the weapon-centric missions for an added challenge. There are a massive amount of them for you to play and each one tends to be more challenging to beat than the last. You’ll end up with a massively upgraded set of weapons by the time that you master them.

MLB Perfect Inning 15: Tips, Tricks, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Share on FacebookShare on Google+Tweet about this on TwitterShare on RedditShare on TumblrPin on Pinterest

MLB Perfect Inning 15 is Gamevil’s latest big-budget entry into the iOS and Android realm of baseball games, a surprisingly competitive genre. You can manage your own real life team here, not only playing every facet of the game such as offense, defense, and pitching, but you can collect stars and gold, conduct trades, and even draft new players. With plenty of free-player draft promo cheat codes, there are a lot of ways to get rare players for free, too. Read on for some tips and tricks for MLB Perfect Inning 15!

Right now there are multiple promo codes that are going on for free pro drafts in this game. Up until May 30th you can get 5 free players using 148APPS, TOUCHARCADE and other promo codes that have been released to reviewing publications to give out to their users. Look for more promo codes to show up afterwards as well, from other types of publications, especially depending on what sponsorships show up for this game.

Hitting is tough in this game regardless of if you choose to bat with automatic aiming or manual aiming, but if you want to make it a little bit easier, wear out the opposing pitcher by making him throw a ton of pitches. Take anything that’s outside of the strike zone or is even questionable. Make them throw as many pitches per at-bat as possible. When you’re pitching, do the opposite and try to elicit ground balls and fly balls early on in the count.

If you want to keep your pitch count low, sinkers (two seam fastballs) and sliders are your best pitches for drawing them, but once your pitcher’s stamina starts to run down, you will be less able to get away with making mistakes. You’ll have to concentrate extra hard to make sure that you throw the perfect pitch (which is done by stopping the circle at its smallest point), and change where you aim the ball as well as pick different pitches. For the record, aim toward the corners of the strike zone for the best results.

You have a lot of options when it comes to what to do with your excess players. You can either try to trade them for better players, or you can release them in exchange for training points. Go for training points almost every time until you have so many silver and gold players that it’s pointless to try to trade bronze players. Then trade for training points, and train your most valuable players as a matter of first priority.

Be sure to keep track of all of the rewards that you earn throughout the game, because you earn so many that if you don’t keep on top of them, you’ll be missing out on some major rewards. Go to the mailbox to collect the main batch; go to the missions tab to collect the rewards for any missions that you complete as you go through the game.

Marvel Mighty Heroes: Tips, Tricks, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Share on FacebookShare on Google+Tweet about this on TwitterShare on RedditShare on TumblrPin on Pinterest

Marvel Mighty Heroes is a new game for the iOS and Android platforms centering around the famous Marvel universe characters. It’s a brawler that is a little bit cuter than most; your goal is to fight your way through enemies using one of the many Marvel heroes featured in this game, in different stages and mission types ranging from offensive to defensive and survival. Read on for some tips and tricks for Marvel Mighty Heroes!

Be sure to tailor your team to whatever the recommended type is for a particular stage. Bruisers are strong against scrappers, which are strong against blasters, which are strong against bruisers, although a good balance will help you beat different enemies on a stage. Generalists are neither strong nor weak against any of the three types, and are a good compromise for any stage.

When an event is going on, which is almost constantly, you will have to compete against the three other parties on the map for points, so make sure that you make use of your special attack as frequently and during the best times as possible. Line enemies up and crowd them together, and then unleash your special attack at a time when it will hit as many of them as possible.

You can use items to level up your characters. Make sure that you use the level up items on a character whenever they have just recently gained a level. Do this and you will get the most juice out of that particular item for the experience points gained. If you need to gain more experience for your characters, then go back to levels that you have already beaten, and grind them for even more experience points.

There are a number of ways to upgrade the skills for a character that you already have. For example, you can use ISO-8 to do so, or if you go to the store and get a duplicate character, often you will get a new suit for the character that you already have, and a new suit will typically bestow a new or upgraded skill. If you get a duplicate suit, it will level up that suit’s skill.

Keep your hero moving as much as possible and as often as possible. If they are standing still, they will get hit a lot more easily, especially if you are facing off against enemy blasters. Keep on the move, hit and run, and when possible, isolate an enemy and start pounding them. If you get crowded in by enemies, then use your special skill to take them all out and load up on the points.

Must Deliver: Tips, Tricks, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Share on FacebookShare on Google+Tweet about this on TwitterShare on RedditShare on TumblrPin on Pinterest

Must Deliver is a new game by Cherrypick Games for the iOS and Android platforms, an 8-bit-esque endless runner similar to their previous effort Touchdown Hero, except with zombies instead of football players. Your goal is to make as many deliveries as possible while avoiding zombies, collecting coins, and unlocking new secret characters. Read on for some tips and tricks for Must Deliver!

Your distance is measured in the amount of deliveries that you make. Each delivery gets a little bit more difficult than the last one; more zombies will appear, and less power ups for your super move will appear, and the ones that do will tend to appear when you have zombies coming at you, so you will have to focus a whole lot harder in order to make those tough later deliveries.

After you lose at a round, you will have the option to watch an advertisement video in order to earn coins. Once you finish the video, you will earn 100 free coins. You can also earn coins each time that you successfully complete one delivery, so the more deliveries that you do, the more coins that you will earn. Or just die right away and hit the video-watch button.

Whenever you earn 500 coins, you will have the option to spend coins in order to unlock a new character from the Gacha machine. The main difference between characters, aside from the way that they look, is what their super move is. Each character’s super move will have slightly different attributes, but in general they will do pretty much the same thing, which is to allow you to run down all of the zombies in your path for a few seconds.

Of course, each character’s super move can also be upgraded. This costs you 4,000 coins apiece in order to pull off the upgrades, but once you do the upgrade, the super move will last a little bit longer. Be sure to save the super move for when you are so swamped you won’t make it out alive, but don’t let yourself get sucked too far in before you think to pull off the super move.

Keep an eye on as much of the field at a time as you possibly can so that you can know where the zombies are at all times. That means that instead of staying in one spot, swipe from side to side even when you are not actively trying to avoid zombies so that you can always see where they are, and take whatever action you need to in order to avoid them.

Captain Rocket: Tips, Tricks, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Share on FacebookShare on Google+Tweet about this on TwitterShare on RedditShare on TumblrPin on Pinterest

Captain Rocket is a new game for the iOS and Android platforms by Ketchapp and No Power-up. The story is that your character stole confidential documents and now has to get away by any means possible, meaning that he or she has to jump across a literally unlimited number of rockets in order to get back to the mothership. In reality, this is an endless/Flappyalike game, something that Ketchapp specializes in and does quite well. Read on for some tips and tricks for Captain Rocket!

If you just jump from one rocket to the next, all that you are going to do is go backwards. A good rule of thumb is to try to rocket-hop, and skip one rocket per jump that you take. Jump from one rocket to the second next rocket – not the next rocket. Jump over one and land on the next one and you should be good to go.

Of course, there are some exceptions to this rule. Always try to stay on the high ground as when you are on the low ground, it becomes quite easy to slam your head on a passing rocket and lose the stage. Stay as high as possible in order to maximize your chances of breaking your old high score and setting a new high score.

If you want to get rid of the ads, then the best way to do so is to set the phone into airplane mode and then play the game. Once you do this, the ads will stop showing up, but the whole rest of the game will be playable. It’s generally not recommended to do this, though, since indie developers are the ones that lose the most, since ads are their bread and butter. Leave the ads on and support the developers.

If you get too frustrated and you find that your scores are going backwards, then take a break from the game for awhile and then come back to it an hour or two later. You will find that once your adrenaline has cooled off a bit, the game will be a whole lot easier to play and beat due to the ease of playing without worrying about anything beforehand.

Check the Game Center or Google Play pages to see what the high scores are on this game. If you find that the scores are unrealistic looking then scroll down and you will eventually find the ones that are realistic, yet still tough to beat. Use these as your barometer for what the best scores are, and what to try to beat in this game.

Munchie Farm: Tips, Tricks, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Share on FacebookShare on Google+Tweet about this on TwitterShare on RedditShare on TumblrPin on Pinterest

Munchie Farm is a new-ish game for the iOS and Android platforms that is way more popular than it has any right to be. It’s essentially a farming game targeted toward stoners, but instead of growing weed, you’re growing “munchies” such as ripple chips and cookies, which, in the world of this game, all grow on trees. Come to think of it, your humble author would love to live in a world where cookies grow on trees. Anyways, read on for some tips and tricks for Munchie Farm!

Your main goal in this game is to complete the quests. The old dude with the mustache-chops is the one that gives you each individual quest, and when you complete each one, you will earn a prize, such as an EXP point multiplier that will last forever. The more quickly that you complete quests, the more quickly you will gain experience points, and thus, experience levels.

The experience is very important, because earning experience points is a prereq for unlocking more stuff. For example, early on, you will unlock more and more food as you gain levels. Later on, you will be able to unlock more expansions to your farm territory as you gain levels, although generally this only starts around level 12 or so. New food to plant will come much earlier.

Log into Facebook from the game in order to earn all sorts of bonuses. Chief among them is the 50 Munchiebucks that you get just for doing the whole login thing; however, you and your munchie buddies will be able to help each other out in the game. It’s recommended to have a game-related account that you can log in with, so that you can then join a group related to this game, and you and your group members can then help each other out and/or add each other to friends lists.

Be sure to hit up Dave’s Workshop for an upgrade to almost anything. Upgrade your main grow house and you can unlock the ability to hold more pots at a time. Upgrade your hippie van/VW Bus and you can send it out for more jobs at a time, and more jobs means more money and experience points. Other upgrades will appear as well, such as upgrades to your water tanks.

Send out deliveries as frequently as possible from your van. Deliveries are your main source of coins and experience points, as well as your method for getting rid of the huge stash of snacks that will inevitably build up as you grow more snacks at your grow house. Use the deliveries to make more room and to set the events in motion that will allow you to unlock more snacks.
