This game has an insanely long tutorial that teaches you everything that you need to know about the game; however, if you have ever played DogHotel, any other virtual pet game, or simply want to figure it out for yourself, close the app in the middle of the tutorial and then open it back up and you will be able to skip the tutorial.
However, if you do not intend to skip the tutorial, then DO NOT close the game until the entire tutorial is finished. If you do, then the tutorial will reset, no matter how far along you are. Then you will have to start the whole thing over from the beginning, unless you do decide to skip after that happens.
To see what your cat needs, unless you need to use the stethoscope, look at the blackboard on the wall behind your cat. It will show either a green, yellow bar, or no bar to indicate whether your cat needs sleep, playtime, cleaning, or medical attention. All of these take energy out of a cat, so restore a cat’s energy with food and water.
There are many different things in the store that you can purchase, but not all of them are actually useful. Look at the description to figure out if they have a use or not. The useless ones will say “You can furnish your hotel to your tastes with this great decorative item”. The useful ones will actually say what the use of said item is.
Tap the stars in the top middle of the screen and you can purchase more hotel stars using coins. Each hotel star allows you to have more cats in your hotel. In addition, with each star that you add to your hotel, you will unlock more items that you can purchase in the store.
