Clashy Colors is a new type of endless game for the iOS and Android platform by Josiah Jenkins and Squad Social LLC. Your goal in this game is to earn as high of a score as you can by sending squares through the right colored gates. You have to tap to launch the square into the air, then tap again to send it through the gate. Read on for some tips and tricks for Clashy Colors!
When you tap to launch the square, the squarew will usually change colors. If you miss your correct color gate, let the square drop and then launch it again. On the second launch on the same set of gates, the square will never change colors, so you don’t have to worry about it happening again.
Stars are the currency of the game. The quickest way to get more stars is to watch a free video for 25 of them. Otherwise, every point that you earn successfully in a level is worth one star, but the videos are generally a quicker way to earn currency.
Ads pop up far too frequently, but even if the ad is a video or a timer, you don’t have to finish it or wait for the X to show up. All you have to do is tap in the top right corner of your screen and the ad will go away immediately. Do this to get rid of every ad you see without having to wait.
The stars will allow you to buy more characters, which all play the same way but have a different appearance. Some of the characters have a slightly smaller or larger target than others, so take advantage of the smaller ones to score a little bit easier on the main levels.
