Corporate Salmon is a new level-based platformer for the iOS and Android platforms. You play as a salmon who is trying to make it to the top of the corporate ladder, and to do that, you jump up the escalator until you make it to the top. You’ll encounter obstacles of ever-increasing difficulty along the way, as well as earn money and buy new outfits. Read on for some tips and tricks for Corporate Salmon!
The control method and the proper jumping technique can be a bit tough to figure out in this game, but with practice, you can get it. The outside of the stairs is the best place to jump from – the farther outside on the stair that you are, the more distance you’ll get. The best jumps often come from the very top left corner of the stairs when you really haven’t even landed yet.
Alternatively, though, you can simply button-mash, or in this case, screen-mash, because that’s objectively the best way to beat a level. The faster that you tap the screen, the better of a chance you have of hitting every jump. Plus, this makes it easy to hit the Profit and Loss lines and to jump off of any other salmon that gets in your way.

Getting to the top of the escalator isn’t the only way to beat a level, although it is the quickest way. The alternate way to get to the next level is to earn enough experience points to fill up the experience bar. Do this, and you’ll earn a promotion and make it to the next level. So technically it’s possible to never beat any level, but to still beat the game. (SPOILER ALERT: SKIP THE NEXT PARAGRAPH IF YOU DON’T WANT SPOILERS)
Once you become the CEO, you’ll make it to your CEO chair at the top of the building, only to have a bear chase after you. Do the same rapid tap to get away from the bear. At the end of the level, you’ll jump out of a window, indicating that you beat the entire game. Once this is done, you’ll go back to the main menu and start over, except now you’ll have the ability to select any floor you want to play again.
You can unlock different suits as you get promoted and as you earn money, each one costing more money than the last. Once you beat the game, you’ll unlock the natural suit, and once you begin earning ridiculous amounts of money, you’ll be able to unlock suits such as the million dollar suit.
