You have the opportunity to sing alongside of Demi Lovato herself, and Demi, as it turns out, is hosting a singing competition at one of her concerts. You have three different stats that you can gain as you go: friendship, fans, and love. Pay attention to which choices affect what, and even if that specific information is not listed, you can still figure it out by guessing at which type of answer will help which type of stat.
If you have to sing a Demi Lovato song and/or tap along to the beat, be sure to Google it and read the lyrics or YouTube it first to make sure that you get it completely right. The better you do at the rhythm portions, and the better that you remember the lyrics, the more you will impress Demi and the faster you’ll get more fans.

There is really no right or wrong answers to any questions in this game. It’s more of a “choose your own story” thing than a “get this right or get this wrong” thing. The choices that you make determine how quickly you will earn fans and get to sing on stage, as well as your relationships and friendships, but there will always be more opportunities in this game if you feel like you didn’t do it right the first time.
If you want to go back and change some of the answers you made, you have to either wait until you’re at the end of the story to start it over again, or you can delete the app, reinstall it, and then start playing it again. If you do this, though, be warned that you will lose every single bit of the progress that you had previously made on it.
Right now there is no way to play as a male character in Path to Fame; however, considering that this is an extremely popular and fairly big budget game, there are going to be countless updates to the game in the future. Expect the developers to add a way to play as a male character later on.
