Dons of Desperado Tips and Tricks Guide: Hints, cheats and strategies

Dons of Desperado is a new card battling game for the Mobage network, meaning that it is out on the Android and iOS platforms. In this game, as in many other card battle games, you play as a would be crime boss in a stylized underworld, and your goal is to recruit an army of gangsters to do your bidding as well as to face off with rival gangsters who would love nothing more than to take you down. Build up your cards from weak to strong and become the top ranked gangster in the game. Read on for some tips and tricks for Dons of Desperado!

At the beginning of the game, you begin with unlimited stamina all the way up until level 15, which is a far more generous allotment than other card battling games will give you. While you may initially want to use this free stamina on the standard missions, use it instead on the limited time event missions. These missions will earn you far greater bonuses, such as rare cards and recruit tickets.

Along the way you’ll also come across bosses that will be extremely tough to beat. You will either have to beat them over multiple turns or call in friends to help you beat the bosses. When you add friends, you can search by experience level, so make it easier by searching for friends who are a far higher experience level than you are, and then adding them. Once they add you back, summon them and then you can destroy the boss fairly easily.

The same thing is true for mission bosses, except that instead of telling your friends and having then beat the boss for you, you will get to pick their leader cards to fight along side your leader card. Add high level friends who happen to have the strongest leader cards possible so that every boss that you fight is supremely easy to beat.

Evolving and powering up cards wisely is the key to winning battles in this game. If you have a very limited number of rare cards, then don’t evolve the duplicates. Let them both fight in your party. However, if you have plenty of rare cards, go ahead and evolve the duplicates into one much stronger card.
