DROP NOT!: Tips and Tricks Guide – Hints, Cheats, and Strategies

DROP NOT! is a new reaction-based endless game for the iOS and Android platforms. You play as a cubed creature whose goal is to roll down a maze as far as you can, in order to get the highest score possible. The level gets more complicated as you get farther into it, thereby increasing the difficulty of beating your high score every time that you beat it. You can earn keys and unlock a whole host of new characters. Read on for some tips and tricks for DROP NOT!

Out of all of the characters that you can use, one of the best is the original character, the block. The simple block is effective in that it changes color depending on what direction you are moving. If you are moving down and to the left, it turns blue. If you are moving down and to the right, it turns red. That way it’s easier to know when your character’s turn has registered before it actually does.

Make sure to tap to turn slightly early. If you tap when you are solidly planted on the spot, that often ends up being too late. However, if you tap while you are rolling into your planned turn spot, then that ends up being right on time. Early is always better than late in this game, and it can help you deal with increasingly challenging speeds.

Collect the red stars in order to get a multiplier for the level. Each one gives you a 2x multiplier for about ten to fifteen seconds. Also, collect the blue orbs when you can, as they will permanently slow down your rolling. A steady stream of both and you’ll race toward high scores easily.

Every level has the same layout every time that you play it. Remember where all of the features are on each level and you will be able to anticipate them and roll through them easily. Don’t let any dumb mistakes cause you to roll off of the level too quickly. Know where the stars and orbs are every time that you play.

Keys can be acquired automatically by going a specific number of steps. You don’t earn too many of them as you go, but luckily enough, it doesn’t take many of them in order to earn a new character. Usually, a new character only costs between 15 and 20 keys to purchase.
