Eden To Green is a new 3D tower defense game for the iOS and Android by Zynga, one of the many new games that they’ve put out for mobile platforms lately. Eden To Green puts you in control of a bunch of ferocious, heroic plants in a polluted Wall-E-esque world that’s been overrun with evil machines, and as the last plant saviors of the earth, it’s your job to defeat the machines and make the earth green again. Battles are fought during either day or night in Eden To Green, and each plant that you have corresponds to either day or night. If you don’t have any cards for one time of day, you can use cards from another time of day, although they will be less powerful than if you matched the time of day up correctly. Sometimes, though, you have to, especially if you don’t have the right cards to use.
Using the time lapse trick can change the time of day instantly, though. At the top of the screen it shows how much time is left until day switches to night or vice versa. Go to your device’s date and time settings and set the time ahead by that specific amount of time, and you’ll successfully change the day to night or the night to day. Change the time as many times as you want in order to give your plants an advantage, especially on tough stages.
Action energy is required for each battle, too, and once it runs out, you can’t battle again until you wait for it to come back. You can use the time lapse trick to restore your energy immediately, as well. Do this as often as you’d like and you will never run out of energy.
There are numerous opportunities to get free gems in the game, and you can use the free gems to get rarer and more powerful plants from the silver or gold fruit tree. Don’t neglect using your coins to get new plants from the standard fruit tree, though, so that you can use the less powerful plants to clone the better plants. Oftentimes, the fruit tree will give you three-star plants, as well.
When you are picking from the normal fruit tree, pick from the fruit that’s smiling. This fruit seems more likely to give 2 and 3 star fruits than the fruit with the angry face or the fruit with the “meh” face.
