Guide to Angry Gran Toss for Android and iOS: Tips, tricks, hints, cheats and strategies

Angry Gran Toss is the newest game in the wacky, offbeat and popular Angry Gran series. This is not an endless running game like most of the rest of them – instead, your goal is to see how far of a distance you can catapult the angry grandma using a series of cannons and other equipment to help her out. Sounds simple enough but once you start going for records, it gets tougher. Read on for some tips and tricks for Angry Gran Toss!

When you are aiming your cannon, aim it slightly on the high side, because Gran’s bounces can HIGHLY extend the distance that you go. If you shoot more forward, than you won’t shoot very far, but if you cant the cannon upwards a bit more (while still going forwards a good bit, then you’ll get WAY more distance just off of the bounces.

Your gun is, bizarrely, one of the best tools that you have for going an insanely long distance and earning a ton of coins, but only when it is used right. Use each of your bullets after your highest bounce, but just before you hit the ground, because one shot propels granny back up to the high point of the previous launch or bounce, plus a bit extra. So the more ammo that your gun can hold and the more power it has, you can end up going EXTREMELY far.

Wait to use the flying pack (such as the Da Vinci Glider) until after all of your bullets run out. Use these just after you hit the top of your jump, but start to turn downwards again, because in the midst of flight it will propel you back upwards. And if you hit an ammo box, you’ll still be high enough to maximize the value of each shot.

Pick your pets wisely too, because depending on what your goal at the time is, the right pet can give you a great great boost. For example, if you are going for the most coins that you can possibly get, then Woody the Soldier is an excellent pet, because you get 250 gold per power up that you hit, and the higher up that you bounce and/or shoot yourself, the more likely that you are to earn power ups as you go.
