Each one of the ghostbusters on your team has a set of different abilities, beginning with one but then with more becoming unlockable at level five, and then further after that. While you might not notice them at first, use them during each one of your battles. Tap one of your ghostbusters and the icon will appear in the upper left corner of the screen. Tap it to use the ability, and then switch ghostbusters and repeat. Wait for them to recharge and use them again as soon as they do.

If you are having trouble beating the boss, leveling up is one of the quickest, and the surest way to increase your attack and defense. Play easy stages over and over in order to gain levels the quickest, because levels are based upon how many busts you do, not on experience points, so easy stages are worth exactly the same as the harder stages are in this game.

However, if you are grinding for either slime or bucks, then grind on the medium and hard stages, because they are worth a lot more of both. Hard stages won’t be beatable early on, but that’s why you have to make use of each ghostbuster’s ability.

If you can tap very quickly, when a new wave of ghosts appears on screen, try to direct all of your ghostbusters to run away from them and lead them on a chase, almost like leading enemies in a circle in a Call of Duty single player game. Run away, attack from far, run away, and attack from far. And when you have a very tough ghost such as the football player, make sure that your ghost busters aren’t all in the way of the attack when it comes, and if possible, try to move them around wisely to avoid the attack.
