Guide to Knights & Dragons for iOS: Tips, tricks, hints, cheats and strategies

Knights & Dragons is a new RPG and city building game hybrid by GREE for the iPhone, iPod Touch and other iOS platforms. In this game, you start off with one single knight and as you play through, you unlock a whole other range of elemental knights, which you can then use to slay enemies in different battlegrounds. There’s even a little bit of a story to this game, so if you want an RPG with a story or just some fun fighting and city building, read on!

As you progress through the game, levels quickly go from being very easy to being very difficult. If you get stuck in a certain difficulty level of a stage (any stage in honor, valor or epic mode for example), then simply go back to one of the easier difficulties and play it over and over, grinding it for experience points. Do this until you gain a level, at which point all of your energy will be regenerated.

Playing an old level in this game, over and over, is also a good way to rack up the materials that you’ll need for the armorsmith to make you some new armor. Play through old levels, using your special attack as often as possible so that you earn more of that precious material, go craft some armor. Even if you’re further in the game, simply use that armor to as a mixer to enhance your real armor over and over again.

Even better, if you gain a level in the middle of a fight, all of your knights will have their hit points regenerated, and all of the knights who have died will immediately recover. So even if your knights are weak, but you are able to defeat just enough enemies to level up, you can play a tough stage and still win it even with very little energy left over.

If you don’t know what buildings to place around your city, just maximize your gold and place guard towers everywhere. Doing this only costs 300 gold per guard tower, but they can earn up to 2,000 gold each for you, meaning that you can simply leave the game alone for quite awhile and come back to a windfall of gold if you have enough of them.
