If you do the time lapse cheat too many times (the one where you set the clock back and forth in order to cheat time and stop having to wait for everything), the game will start popping up warnings that you will be penalized by your students being thrown into detention, or your chances of earning rare classmates from the parties will drop.

To prevent the game from easily detecting quick time changes, shut the app off in between switching back and forth between later times and earlier times. This circumvents the server’s detection of the cheat because the game detects the cheat by how many times Game Center shuts down and then turns back on.

Get rare classmates by throwing parties with multi-type classmates (the cheerleader, the gamer and the student gov). Eventually you’ll end up unlocking a very rare classmate – and you’ll know that you have if the party ends up taking longer to complete than usual.

If you want to change the appearance of someone’s clothes, keep leveling them up, and eventually, they will end up with new clothes. Their first change of clothes happens at level 4, the second change of clothes happens at level 7, and so on and so forth.

As you keep leveling up, you will unlock upgrades to both the classroom building and to the admissions building, which will allow you to get more books at a time or to recruit more students at a time. Keep gaining experience levels to unlock these quickly.

Keep sending the same couples on dates over and over to get better rewards. After they hit three stars, they will be known as “Online Official”, but this takes forever to get without using the time cheat. Keep increasing their dating status though, and you’ll earn massive rewards, including both coins and rings, as well as experience points.

The game puts you in many different situations (for the quests especially) where you have to choose what dialogue to say. Go with your common sense, although the line that you choose at a certain point in time will make little to no difference in what happens at the end, except to change the quests that come over to you. If you wait too long to choose a line, too, you’ll lose the round, although there’s really no penalty for “losing” the round.
