NBA Rush is a new endless runner game featuring real live NBA players. Aliens have invaded Earth, and your goal is to run, duke, crossover and dunk your way to fighting back against them, collecting coins and diamonds along the way. Essentially, all that’s missing is Michael Jordan and the Looney Tunes crew, or else this would be Space Jam. Read on for some tips and tricks for NBA Rush!
Collecting coins is how you afford new power up boosters in the store and, most importantly, how you afford new players in the draft. You are typically safe when you are running through a stream of coins (UFOs don’t tend to drop their load in the middle of a line of coins)
Jumping on a line of shredder aliens can be a quick way to get a whole lot of points. Sometimes, they are different distances from each other, so you will have to swipe down to drop quickly out of the air. Other times, you can simply wait for your player to drop and hit them.
Swiping from side to side can be done in slides and jumps, too, not just when you’re running. This is especially effective for avoiding obstacles, but also for knocking off shredder aliens from odd angles. Since you oftentimes need to jump onto shredder aliens in order to get enough of a boost to land on top of a bus with coins on it, this can be important.
Watch out for pickups other than just coins. Oftentimes you can find a diamond in the middle of a stage, at the very end of a coin run. Other times, you will find a 2X bonus that will rapidly increase the speed at which your score increases. Also, look for the gold NBA logo for your daily bonuses.
Try to save your coins for the draft as much as possible, and if you load up on diamonds, go to the list of NBA players and spend the diamonds on specific NBA stars. Each star has their own skills, and their skills are doubled if you get the same star twice. All the more reason to do the draft often.
