Pocket Mine: How to win without spending any money

Pocket Mine is a new freemium speed digging game, and like most freemium games, you can play the entire game without spending any money. You can also spend as much money as you wish, depending on how quickly you want to advance. There’s really no need, and you can advance surprisingly quickly without having to spend anything. Read on to find out how!

One of your main expenditures would normally be on rubies, but you can get free rubies from the chests that you find in the stages. The wooden boxes and the iron boxes are the most likely to contain free rubies, and luckily, they don’t require that many keys. The wooden box requires only one key and the iron box requires just three keys.

Keys themselves can be a big drain on your rubies if you try to buy them, but forget about buying them, and earn them using the quests in the stages themselves. Quests require you to do a specific task (such as break 54 dirt blocks or break 6 grenade boxes), and each one that you complete earns you two keys.

Give yourself a better shot at completing everything by upgrading your pick. Each upgrade allows you more hits before your pick breaks, and each upgrade costs cash. If you don’t have enough cash you can spend rubies in the store, but keep collecting rocks in order to earn cash. Tap on the “details” button after each round for a full breakdown on which rocks are worth how much cash. Tip: diamonds are worth 5 cash apiece.

You can spend money on more energy if you run out, but instead of doing that, just refill your energy for free by setting the time ahead on your phone or device. One hour should be a sufficient time chance in order to get all of your energy back. Plus, you get a free energy refill whenever you gain an experience level.

Finally, use the “Get free stuff” option to watch videos in order to earn free goods. Usually, your earnings will be either cash or common cards; however, you also have a good shot at earning crates, rubies, keys or rare cards.
