Pop the Lock is a new puzzle game for the iOS platform where your goal is to pop the most and toughest locks that you can get to. You start off with easy locks, end up trying to pop hard locks with a ton of movements, and the farther that you can get, the closer to the record you can end up. Read on for some tips and tricks for Pop the Lock!

You have to match up the line with the yellow ball on the screen in order to move on. At first, you will only have to match it up to the yellow ball once in order to prevail. Then it will be twice, three times, four times, and so on and so forth.

You can get all the way up to a maximum score of 109, as of the time of this writing. That means that you will have to hit 109 yellow dots in one lock in order to pass the level. Expect higher maximum levels to be added to the game at a future update though. Currently, there are quite a lot of players who are making it to the 109 top score of all time.

The original version of the game had a whole lot of pop up ads that appeared every time that you lost. However, after the game got updated, the developers killed off all of the ads except for the small banner ad at the bottom of the screen. So if you have yet to update the game or deleted it because of too many ads, try it again.

After every ten levels or so, the background color of the lock will change. This doesn’t really signify much except that you made it to another tier of difficulty, but the tier isn’t that much worse anyways. The red line will always run around the lock at the same speed.

Alternate what thumb you tap with. Trick your brain a bit by tapping with the left thumb when you’re turning it to the left, and the right thumb when you are turning it to the right. This won’t change the gameplay at all but it will help your reflexes, and enable you to make high scores a lot more easily.
