Royal Revolt 2: How to win without spending any real-life money

Royal Revolt 2 is a player vs player reverse tower defense game that never ends. You only attack other players (and fend off their attacks), and as you get stronger, generally, so do they. Sometimes, it might seem like you have to spend real-life money to get the game to speed up, to get things to finish more quickly, or to improve your status against other players, but there’s always ways to do it for free.

Gems are the main premium currency of the game, and while they do seem to run out quickly, it’s very easy to save and conserve as well as to earn more. First, you are going to want to avoid spending any of the gems when the game prompts you to do so when you are in tutorial mode. These jobs are all very short jobs, so simply go back later and they will be complete. Save them for later.

Earn more gems by completing the quest achievements. Go to the quest menu every time you see it flashing, and you will have prizes to collect. Plus, once you unlock the tournament mode, start attacking other players en-masse to try to earn more medals and increase your league rank, which also earns you more gems.

If you gems are to be spent best, save them for buying the food that you need to do battle, since food runs out quickly. Keep your farms upgraded, of course, but use gems to buy food so that you can battle as often as possible. If a battle looks too hard (too many defensive towers or barricades), hit the “next” button and spend the coins that it wants you to spend until you hit an easier, more beatable looking battle.

If you can rack up 500 gems, buy a third worker, because this speeds things up considerably, and permanently too. Otherwise, you can do two construction projects, one spell, one troop and one defensive structure at a time.

Finally, since that’s about all there is to it, patience is the number one virtue. Have the willingness to wait, and to go off and do something else while you are waiting to make the time seem to go by quickly. Patience is literally the key to being the best at this game.
