Airline Commander: Top Tips, Walkthrough, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Airline Commander is a new flight simulator game for the iOS and Android platforms. You can control different planes, earn various licenses for different maneuvers, and unlock and fly different routes so that you can earn more money. Read on for some tips and tricks for Airline Commander!

Landing is the toughest thing to accomplish in this game (takeoff is easy). Watch the runway lights if it’s night time. Pay attention to the altitude and airspeed indicators. If you need to drop altitude or scrub speed, do it until the notification goes away, but don’t scrub too much altitude or speed. If your speed gets too low, you’ll stall the engines and the plane will fall out of the sky.

You’ll often find yourself at a point where money is scarce, but you need money in order to apply for a license or buy a new plane. If this is the case, complete one of your routes in order to earn money. If you have a good internet connection, you can watch an advertisement video in order to earn 30% more of your reward; otherwise, you can simply continue with the reward that you got.

When you begin a route stage, you can either do normal mode or simulation mode. In normal mode, every action that you complete feels much more similar to the license tests. In simulation mode, all of the actions are much tougher to complete, because the feel is closer to that of the real plane. You can compensate by adjusting the sensitivity of the controls in the options menu.

Adjust your sensitivity and your playing style depending on the plane you’re using. Some are easier or harder to turn than others, and some have a quicker response than others. Also, instead of tilting your phone sideways (on the longitudinal axis), tilt the sides in or out (on a vertical axis) to make it easier to steer your plane.

Right now, if you own something other than an iPhone X, don’t watch the replays of your flight. If you do, then you’ll end up stuck on the replay screen because the videos are calibrated to the size of the iPhone X, meaning that the close button is stuck off of the screen. So avoid watching replays of your flight.
