Welcome to the beginner’s guide for how to play Angry Gran Toss, for iOS and Android! For those familiar with the quirky British mobile franchise, this might just be the most enjoyable game in the Angry Gran series. For those unfamiliar, this will still be hugely enjoyable. It’s stupid fun where you have to try and help Gran escape from the angry ward, by shooting her out of a cannon, and then firing a gun at her and watching her crash through obstacles. The gameplay is quite simple to learn but it’s difficult to master. When you play, Angry Gran will be inside of a cannon. Put your finger on the screen and drag it to the direction that you want to fire her. You can either fire her straight up, straight forward, or any angle in between.
When you are holding your finger on the screen, a power meter will appear, and it will bounce back and forth between the highest and lowest power levels. Your goal is to fire her at the highest power level possible. If you do, you’ll get a “perfect” shot, which shoots her out at the highest velocity.
Your goal is to shoot the granny as far as possible. After you shoot her out of the cannon, you will be able to tap on her to “shoot” her with a gun. Shooting Gran will bounce her back up to where the jump last ended, plus some extra height. The flying pack can also add quite a bit of distance. You don’t start off with one, but you can buy it in the store fairly shortly after you begin the game.
The game ends once Granny hits the ground, stops bouncing, skids and lands. At that point, your distance will be totaled up, as will the amount of gold that you have earned in the round. How much gold you earn depends on how many objects you hit before you stop, how far you go, whether you get a perfect shot or not. If you set a new record, then you also will get bonus gold.
