So how to get thrown into prison or jail? Have a situation come up where someone insults you, cuts you off, looks at you wrong, etc. Do the exact opposite of the right approach every time. Assault them or insult them. Escalate the problem as far as it can possibly go. You’ll either get hurt and have to go to the doctors, or get arrested and have to go to jail.

Plastic Surgery? There’s a ton of them that you can do. The ones that are the most risky are exactly the ones that you would think. Sex change surgery is by far the riskiest. The benefit to it is that you successfully change your sex with no health risks, of course, but the drawbacks are the doc botching it, you have the same sex as before, and your happiness and health are down to nearly zero.

Other plastic surgeries include things like breast enlargement, tummy tuck, liposuction, facelift, and botox. These, in general, are the ones that are lower in risk, but there are still some on the list that are higher in risk. All of the plastic surgeries have some risk, though, and if they go bad, your health and/or happiness can go away instantly.

There are some choices that won’t necessarily have any immediate negative effect on you, but will drop your karma hard, such as lying to your mom about breaking something, or being mean to a friend, but not necessarily attacking them physically. Anything that is mean but not super risky will drop your karma.

Feel like living dangerously in other ways? Go to the witch doctor and eat whatever they want you to eat. At best, nothing happens. At worst, the ingredient that they have you eat can literally kill you. There is no point to going to the witch doctor, but sometimes it’s fun to live dangerously.

You’ll also come across many situations where you find a wallet, find a backpack, are asked to carry a package somewhere, or some other kind of situation. Say yes to finding something and you have a good chance of getting a lot of money, but an equally good chance of getting arrested. If you’re asked to transport something somewhere, you have a small chance of making big money, or a big chance of landing in jail on charges of drug trafficking.
