Blue Edge is a new endless runner game by Ketchapp for the iOS and Android platforms. Your goal in this game is to get the highest score possible by rolling a blue snowball down a course loaded with obstacles, bombs, and pitfalls. White snowballs are the ones that are okay to touch, but usually they are put in a position to push you into a bomb or a black metal obstacle. Bombs are red and will go off a few seconds after they are hit either by you or by a white snowball. Black metal objects will kill you the second that you touch them. Avoid both of these, and while you can touch snowballs, watch out for what they might trigger.

If you come to a dead end with a hole and then fall into it, then you will come out the other side with multiple balls. Each of these balls will earn its own points, so the longer that you can keep multiple balls going, the longer that you keep earning multiplied points for. You only need to keep one of these balls alive in order to keep going in the round.
You can unlock new snowballs by earning a hundred gems. The main way to collect these gems is within the levels themselves; however, chances to earn ten at a time pop up after each round ends. You can watch a video for them, tweet or Facebook. If the Twitter icon or another social media icon pops up, you can tap it and then not actually follow on Twitter/like on Facebook, but simply go back to the game, and you will still earn your ten gems.
There are many of these new snowballs to collect, and each of them costs exactly 100 gems. None of them change the gameplay at all; all that they do is make it so that the look of your own snowball is different, as well as the trails that it leaves behind. Expect more of them to be added by the developers as the game ages.
Check the high score area to compare yourself to others who have downloaded the game. This goes via Game Center on iOS and Google Play on Apple. Watch out for the scores that appear to be impossibly high, such as 999999999 scores, as those are hacks. The ones that are sky high, yet realistic, are the ones that you should shoot for beating.
