Disco Dave – Tips and Tricks Guide: Hints, Cheats, and Strategies

Disco Dave is a new endless disco-dancing game for the iOS and Android platforms. Your goal is to jump from platform to platform, staying on the floor for as long as possible to rack up a high score. You can earn coins and unlock new dancers, many of whom are based off of pop-culture references such as musicians and actors. Read on for some tips and tricks for Disco Dave!

It’s possible to very easily get an endless score going. Simply avoid swiping to the left or to the right. Start at the top square, then jump down one, down one again, then up two. Then down one, then down one, then up two. The squares will be the same pattern every time, as patterns are set depending on what tile you hit and what direction you jumped from, so all you have to do is repeat this for an unlimited score.

Coins can be collected on the levels themselves, but you can also earn more coins by tapping the video offer to watch the video that pops up after the level is finished. There’s also the free coin bonuses that you earn every six hours. If you bounce elsewhere on a level to collect a coin, start doing the pattern in the above paragraph to go back to the endless high score pattern.

Once you earn 100 coins, you will earn a lottery ticket, and the ticket allows you to spin for free characters. There is no difference between how one character players versus how another character plays. but collecting characters in and of itself is quite fun.

To earn a score multiplier, bounce on the tile that matches the color of the square that surrounds the dance floor. Each consecutive color match increases your multiplier by one, and then the multiplier is applied to the length of the combo itself. So if you bounce on 9 color-matched tiles in a row, you earn 81 points, and if you jump on 4 in a row, you earn 16 points.

If you want to continue your run, you can sometimes watch an ad after you lose in order to start from where you left off and keep going. If you just want a ton of coins, though, lose intentionally after one or two bounces so that you can watch the video.
