DogLife: BitLife Dogs – How To Get Cats For Free

DogLife is the new spinoff of BitLife that has become one of the most popular games on the iOS and Android app stores. You can play as a dog, do things that dogs do whether you live in a house with an owner or as a stray on the street, try to become the alpha of the pack, and a whole lot more. One of the rarer things that you can do is play as a cat.

Playing as a cat changes the game entirely, giving you some new stuff to do (although there also is a lot of the same stuff), all sorts of new breeds, and a whole lot more. Plus, you’ll get some new dialogue out of it too.

As a dog, of course, the game passes time every three months instead of every year. You can increase your value as a dog instead of your actual net worth, like in BitLife. You can become the alpha of the pack, earning the most respect out of any of the dogs or other animals in the pack.

You can come from pet stores, be born right into a house with an owner, or be born on the street and live life as a stray. You can get thrown into the pound or the humane society instead of prison, but just like the prison game in BitLife, you can always try to escape and get back on the streets.

The game gives you a few main ways to play as a cat. One of these is the in-app purchase known as Cat Lover. Tap on the Top Dog button in the top right corner of the screen to get to the IAP menu, and you will see the Cat Lover choice as one of the selections.

If you tap Cat Lover, you will be able to purchase it for $2.99 or your local currency equivalent. You will not only unlock the ability to play as a cat, but every single cat breed will be available right at your fingertips.

Another one of the options that they give is, of course, the Top Dog option. If you purchase Top go, you will unlock all cat breeds, as well as all dog breeds, and be able to edit all humans and animals. All these, and a whole host of other options, are available if you get the Top Dog mode.

The developers have not yet offered a way to get the cats for free, so right now, the only way to get the cats is to purchase one of these two options. Will there be a way to use the cats without having to purchase anything? Possibly eventually – they might even release a CatLife later on to allow people to play as cats without having to spend any money.

As of right now, though, the in-app purchases are the only way. If you have a gift card for iTunes or Google Play, or some other kind of method (actual legitimate surveys etc), then this can also work as a proper way to get them for free.
