Tip Jar is a perk that makes it so that your customers have a percentage of a chance to leave a tip. The maximum level that this can be upgraded to is 20.
Remote is a perk that boosts the value of the five-minute ad multiplier. This can be upgraded all the way up to level 50.
The Pickaxe gives you a percentage of a chance for the investor to offer you gems instead of cash. The maximum upgrade level on this is 14.
The Hourglass increases the length of your maximum offline earnings time. This can be upgraded all the way to level 29.
The Register increases the speed at which customers order. You can upgrade this one up to level 10.
The TV boost increases the length of the advertisement multiplier bonus. You can upgrade this all the way to level 24.
The Piggy increases the value of your tips. You can upgrade this one all the way to level 45.
The Knife increases the base value of your offline earnings. You can increase this all the way to level 45, as well.
The Mop boost increases the walking speed of all of your customers. You can
upgrade this one all the way to level 20.
The Suitcase causes investor offers to multiply in total. You can upgrade this one up to level 45, too.
The Check allows you to start new restaurants with a certain amount of money, which speeds up your progress significantly. This can be upgraded up to level 20.
