Egg, Inc. is a new clicker game for the iOS and Android with a rather innovative mechanic for a clicker game. Each tap sends a hen over to the hen house. There the hens lay eggs, and as they lay eggs, you make more cash. The cash can then be used for all sorts of upgrades which lead to more chickens, more eggs, and more cash. You can tap the red button to send chickens to the hen houses, and you can expand the red button so that you can tap with two or more fingers at a time – if you are playing on an iPad you can tap with up to eight fingers at a time. Tapping super fast doesn’t give a huge advantage, though, because of the hatchery’s required cooldown time when you run out of chickens. You can also hold down on the red button with 3D touch to send chickens.
You can prestige immediately very easily, without having to start back over. Go to the prestige area, then when “are you sure” pops up, click yes then close out the game. Open it back up and you will have prestige, kept your farm, and kept your soul eggs too.
Build hen houses in all four of the allowed spots, and upgrade them as needed for more space to hold more chickens. The more that you have inside of the henhouses, the more cash you earn because they are laying more eggs. Upgrade your vehicles and hire more of them, too, to increase the shipped-out eggs per minute, and you will be able to earn even more cash per second.
Tap on the silo or on the potion icon to purchase common or epic upgrades. Common ones cost cash and epic ones cost golden eggs, but other than that they both do the same thing. Swipe up to scroll down to access the higher-tier upgrades, which aren’t immediately obvious but which unlock as you purchase more upgrades.
Whenever you see a quad-copter drone flying around, tap it and you will earn free cash, equal to the number of chickens that are in your hen houses at the current moment. Also, look for bonus icons to pop up on the right side of the screen; when you tap the random bonuses, you’ll get loads of cash all at once.
Want to load up on immediate free cash? Go to the settings on your phone and set the time ahead by whatever amount of time that you want – an hour is usually good. Then go back to the game and you will immediately have free offline cash. Do all of the upgrades that you can afford, add more chickens to the hen houses, and then do the same trick again for even more free cash. Repeat as often as you want and as you can.
