Fury Survivor: Pixel Z: Walkthrough, Cheats, Tips, and Strategy Guide

Fury Survivor: Pixel Z is a new survival RPG for the iOS and Android platforms. You’re stuck in a situation where you are one of the last remaining survivors of a zombie apocalypse, and your goal is to fight through hordes of zombies, make it through increasingly difficult and trying levels, beat bosses, and make it out the other side.

As you go forward you can pick up items, weapons, armor, and more, in order to strengthen your character, deal with your hunger and thirst, and keep you going into the next round.

Read on for some tips and tricks for Fury Survivor: Pixel Z!

Zombies will be easy to kill at first, but the further you go into the game, the more of your health they’ll drain. To remedy this, use hit and run tactics, especially against the large groups of zombies. Take a swing, run back from the horde, take a swing again. Repeat until you kill all of them, then move onto the next area.

You will pick up ranged weapons along the way, which undoubtedly make it significantly easier to avoid damage; however, they should be saved for the boss characters. Bosses take a massive amount of damage and will keep attacking and draining your health, so ranged weapons are extra effective to use against them in order to stay alive.

Don’t neglect your hunger and thirst. Eat items that you pick up, and drink liquids, and you will restore both of these meters. It is possible to die of hunger or of thirst, so keep a vigilant eye out to make sure that you’re staying healthy.

Shortly after beating the second boss or so, enemies with ranged attacks will start to appear. They will be teamed with melee enemies, usually, so deal with the ranged enemies first. If you don’t, they will keep shooting at you while you hit the melee attackers first, draining your health rapidly.

Enemies aren’t the only thing that can kill you. Falling platforms will threaten to drop you off of the level, so once the rising and falling platforms show up, watch their patterns and time when they will appear and disappear so that you don’t fall.

At any time you can go to your equipment screen to use items or to switch around your equipment, but only do this when you’re in a safe area. When your equipment menu is open, zombies can still attack you. The only way to stop the zombies from moving is to use the pause button.

Always keep an eye out on the directional arrow to figure out where you need to go next. As you move the arrow will shift to indicate the nearest path, and when you are on isolated platforms the arrow will often seem like it’s turning randomly, but there is a method to the madness. Just keep following your arrow and you’ll make it to the next area easily.
