Oftentimes, when a quest comes up that involves a customer who wants you to build them a car for a specific purpose, you only have a limited amount of time to complete that quest (one example of this being Jamie DongDong who wants you to build a Bendy Cab for his TV show, who only gives you 3 minutes and 20 seconds to complete it). Sometimes, this time limit is impossible, but if you accept the quest in the middle of the car being built (especially when it’s on the last station), then it’ll make the quest very easy to complete.

If you are about to end playing for awhile (I.E. going to sleep or to work), set the price on all of your cars in the dealership as high as they will go, so that when you come back, you will make the maximum profit on every car that you sell. This works best with cars that are more expensive to begin with, especially the Berliner Donk. Make sure to add all of the options to your car when you do this, too, so that you increase the profit margin to the maximum possible level.

When you are just about to gain an experience level, and you have a sold car with a green arrow above it but haven’t tapped it to collect the coins and experience yet, make sure to spend all of your leftover donuts before you tap it. When you gain a level, you get a partial-to-full donut refill, but if you already have the maximum level of donuts, then you won’t gain any more donuts. Upgrade/feed your employees to spend your donuts and to make room for the new ones.

When you are racing someone, the way to make sure that you do the best that you can is to shift RIGHT as the car hits redline. This will cause you to go the fastest that your car can go. This is especially important in first gear right after the race begins, because your car will redline so quickly in first gear. Pay attention or you could lose the race very quickly.
