Halfpipe Hero is a new iOS game where you control a skater inside of a halfpipe who does crazier and crazier jumps and tricks. Your goal is to tap to stop your skater at just the right time so that they can land and keep the run going. Read on for some tips and tricks for Halfpipe Hero!
The main key in every round is to make sure that you stop your skater while the board is lined up with the pipe. Don’t stop too early or too late and don’t forget to hit the button. If you do either one of these things, you will end up crashing and ending the round. Ditto for if you forget to stop altogether.
The more spins that your character does, the more points and the more cash that you earn. However, you also have to make sure that you don’t keep spinning for too long and forget to stop, or else you will lose all of the cash that you would have earned had you landed the jump. The better your landing, the more cash and points (a perfect landing is the best kind).

To earn cash fast, if you have an internet connection, you can watch free videos in order to eaern 250 cash apiece. When you hit certain cash milestones, such as 1,000 cash, you will earn a new character. The character unlocks automatically when you hit the cash milestone – you don’t have to spend the cash first.
The faster that your character is spinning though, the more of a tolerance to error there is for the landing tap. That means it will be easier to get a Perfect, as opposed to just an OK or a Good. However, due to the speed of your spin it will be more difficult to even land in the first place, so there is the tradeoff there.
If you start to get too frustrated and lose focus while playing, take a break for a half an hour or so and then come back to the game a little bit later. Once you return to playing later, then you’ll find it a lot easier to set a high score.
