How to play Big Win Basketball for iOS (part 3): Walkthrough, FAQ and Beginner’s Guide

Welcome to part 3 of the Big Win Basketball beginner’s guide! Click here to go back to part 2 of the guide.

Tap on either the “My Cards” button on the main screen or the “Get Cards” button in the lower right corner in order to buy more cards. General card packs include the bronze and silver packs, which are the two that you can buy with coins. The silver packs cost 1,000 coins per pack and the bronze packs cost you 150 coins per pack. Every other card pack after that costs you big bucks.

The main premium general pack is the gold pack, which earns you gold cards at minimum. After that, the premium packs include specific packs, such as the players pack, the big impact, big contracts, big boosts and big players packs. Hit the “i” button that appears next to each one of the card packs in order to see what type of card packs that you can earn.

There are a few more options that can help. For example, under my team, you can click on “change players” to substitute players out or you can hit the “change uniform” button to switch out your players’ uniforms. If you find a uniform that you like, sell the ones that you don’t want anymore. Click on “team history” to see the overall win/loss record of your team, including both quick games and trophy games.

Each one of the matches that you play uses energy. Once you run out of energy you can either regain it by leveling up (that is, by gaining enough fans to gain an experience level) or by waiting for it to come back. You gain one fan per point that you score in a game, plus a 100 fan bonus for winning or a 10 fan bonus for losing.

Click on the gear in the upper left corner of the screen to adjust various options such as push notifications or sound. The “more games” button shows you other games that are by Hothead, the maker of this one, and the Game Center app lets you compete against others in Game Center.

That’s all for Big Win Basketball! Enjoy the game!
