Not all balls are created equal in this game. If you hit a standard ball into a hole, you get a free shot. If you hit a gold ball into a hole, you get that plus coins. Hitting a gold ball earns you coins on contact as well, plus if you bump it into another ball, you earn more coins. Hit a bomb, and it will explode and hit every ball within the blast radius. Bombs are a great way to rack up random shots.
Your primary goal is to earn as many points as possible, and the way to do this is by knocking balls into holes, just like in real pool. If you knock a ball into to a 2X hole, you get two points, otherwise you get one point. You have up to five shots, and if you run out of shots, your round ends.
Once you collect a hat, the hat store will open, and if the store is open, hats will begin selling on their own. You can either wait for the hat store to close, or you can instantly sell all of your hats by watching a video advertisement. Once the ad is done, the sales will be done, so you’ll earn the money right away, although the “amount sold” totals per hat won’t change.
You do have to sell a specific amount of a hat in order for the next upgrade to that hat to become available for purchase. Once you upgrade to level 3, the hat will provide a boost in performance, such as more shot power, or stronger bomb explosions. Then at level 5, the 10% performance upgrade becomes a 20% upgrade. The other three upgrade levels increase the selling price per hat.
Not only can you collect coins from the level itself, but at the end of the level, you will be able to watch ad videos to double or triple your earnings. If you want to earn free diamonds, then collect them from levels when you see them, or complete the given missions for free diamonds. Once you’re in between missions, you can cancel out the cool-down time by watching an ad video to make the next mission appear immediately.
