Konnect is a new puzzle game for the iOS, Android, and Windows Phone platforms. Your goal in this game is to clear dots from the board endlessly by dragging a line in between dots of the same color. Uncleared dots will get smaller and smaller, and if you don’t clear them in time, they will turn black and you will be unable to clear them. You lose when you run out of moves completely. Read on for some tips and tricks for Konnect, the puzzle game app!
You can clear two or more dots, and the more dots you clear, the better the outcome. If you clear four or more dots at a time, you will eliminate all dots of that same color off of the screen, so if you can’t get to one shrinking dot, try to make a 4+ combo elsewhere on the board with that dot.
The more dots you clear at a time, the more points that you earn for clearing them. This is true even despite the whole color-clearing business in the last paragraph. So to speed up the process of getting a high score, clear out the largest combinations that you can every time that you play the game.
Hit the lightning icon and you can get a boost using coins. The bomb boost will blow up surrounding dots. The shuffle boost will allow you to move dots so that you can make better combinations. You earn one coin every time that you play the game, so they start to add up over time.
You can get in-app purchases with coins, but you can also get free coins by watching advertisement videos. Go to the boosts menu, hit More Coins, then hit the Free Coins button and watch any of the videos on offer to earn 12 free coins. Watch all of them to earn huge amounts of coins. There is a nearly endless amount of ad videos, so no matter how many you watch, it will take a VERY long time to run out of videos.
If you run out of moves, you won’t lose right away; you will still be able to purchase power-ups to change your fortune, so go to the power up menu, earn coins and purchase what you need in order to keep going. Or hit the reload button and you will be able to start a new game.
