Ambrosia of Legends is the toughest recipe to earn in the game. You need to cook up any combination of Mystical Shells and something else, but five Mystical Shells is best. You’ll get Mew, Mewtwo, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres this way.

Rainbow Matter is the one item that has not been mentioned here yet. If you use a Rainbow Matter as part of a recipe, it will take the place of any other ingredient. However, don’t try to use five Rainbow Matters on one single recipe. You will just end up getting a Mulligan Stew if you do this one.

So how do you get the Mystical Shells? Easy; go to Happenstance Island, which is only unlocked after you beat the game. It’s the “boss after the boss”. You’ll get matched up against legendary Pokémon as bosses, and if you beat them, you have a good shot at earning Mystical Shells as a reward.
