Honey Nectar comes from at least four ingredients that are made up of Bluk Berries or Honey. These attract Caterpie, Paras, Pinsir, Scyther, Venonat and Weedle.
Brain Food comes from at least three sweet things and two hard things (such as two Apricorns and three Bluk Berries). These attract Abra, Drowsee, Exeggcute, Jynx, Mr. Mime and Slowpoke.

Stone Soup comes from three hard things and two minerals (such as three Apricorns and two Fossils). This attracts Onix, Geodude, Aerodactyl, Kabuto, Rhyhorn and Omanyte.
Light-as-Air Casserole comes from two Big Roots and three Icy Rocks. This will attract Aerodactyl, Doduo, Farfetch’d, Pidgey, Scyther, Spearow, and Zubat.

Hot Pot a la Cube comes from a combination of mushrooms and red things. This will get you Charmander, Growlithe, Vulpix, Magmar, or Ponyta.
Watt a Risotta comes from . This will get you Electabuzz, Pikachu, Magnemite and Voltorb.

Get Swole Syrup comes from . This will get you Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, Machop, Mankey or Tyrogue.
Ambrosia of Legends is the toughest recipe to earn in the game. You need to cook up any combination of Mystical Shells and something else, but five Mystical Shells is best. You’ll get Mew, Mewtwo, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres this way.

Rainbow Matter is the one item that has not been mentioned here yet. If you use a Rainbow Matter as part of a recipe, it will take the place of any other ingredient. However, don’t try to use five Rainbow Matters on one single recipe. You will just end up getting a Mulligan Stew if you do this one.

So how do you get the Mystical Shells? Easy; go to Happenstance Island, which is only unlocked after you beat the game. It’s the “boss after the boss”. You’ll get matched up against legendary Pokémon as bosses, and if you beat them, you have a good shot at earning Mystical Shells as a reward.
