Road Heroes – Tips and Cheats: The Strategy Guide

Road Heroes is a new racing RPG by BiCore Entertainment for the iOS and Android platforms. You get a wealth of cars to choose from in this game that you get in a card-collecting style, and you can race them on a huge variety of tracks. You can gain gold coins and other goodies, which you can then use to upgrade your cars, get new cars and win even more decisively. Read on for some tips and tricks for Road Heroes!

You start off with only two race tracks that you can play at a time. Race tracks are unlocked in one simple way – gain experience points and increase your level. The higher your level is, the more overall race tracks you will unlock.

Taking corners can be a bit dicey because you have no manual brake control and your car slides easily. Experiment depending on the corner. For tight corners, it’s best to start your turn early, to let off the gas before going into the turn (because of course you will be forced to gas up again when you are out of the turn) or both.

Extend your slides for as long as possible so that you get the speed bonus for power slidiing. To activate this bonus you have to swipe up from the acceleration button. Once you do, though, not only will you be racing at a much higher speed, but you will also handle far better. Go around your rivals when you do this because running into them will only make them go much more quickly.

Pick the shortest car possible, lengthwise. Long cars will take up too much of the track (especially trucks, vans and big rigs) and will make it more difficult to pass people, while smaller cars have a lot of room, won’t hit a wall as easily even with poor handling.

Play the Grand Prix mode as often as possible. This is the only race where you can earn car parts. These tournaments go on for a limited time only, and not only do they earn you car parts, but you will earn huge rewards, such as coins or even blue coins, which can then be put towards much better cars.
