Skippy Box is a new endless game for the iOS and Android platforms. Your mission in this game is to skip from box to box using both short jumps and long jumps. Tap on the right side of the screen to do the long jump, and tap the right side of the screen to do the short jump. You can do the long jump at any point as long as there is a platform 2 spaces away from you. If you long jump successfully you get two points, and it gets you away from the saw, so do the long jump as often as you can.
You can collect gems within the game itself, but any time that you want to earn more gems, hit the “Get 10” button and you’ll start up a video. Start the video and then finish it, and you will earn the ten gems, and from there you can watch the video again. Watch it as many times as you want in order to earn as many gems as you want to.
Each new character within the game costs 150 gems. Watch videos until you have enough gems to get the new character, then go scroll through and purchase whoever you want to. Watch enough of them and you can get all of the new characters – or at least what will be all of the new characters until the developers add more new characters to the game.
The quicker you go, the easier that it can be, because when you are further away from the big saw, the camera zooms out and you get to see farther ahead in the level, which allows you to make quicker decisions.
You can also earn more gems by completing the various achievements that exist within the game. If you get a high score of 50, for example, you can get five free gems, but if you get a high score of 300, you can get 20 gems. You also have three bonuses from a total number of jumps, so if you want to earn those quickly, do more short jumps as opposed to long jumps.
