Spooky Traps is a new iOS endless-runner game where your goal is to get past the traps on the screen, then on the next screen, then so on and so forth until you get the highest score possible. There is a nearly endless variety of traps that you have to pass in various ways, such as jumping, floating, or inching forward, and you won’t know what’s coming next until the beginning of the next room. As you play, pay attention to the patterns of the various levels. They will repeat over and over, to the point where you will be able to remember and memorize all of them; at that point, the only real challenge will be the quick transition between two rooms. But you’ll know how to beat every room, so it won’t be that tough of a challenge.
Pause the game right at the beginning of a room so that you can see all the traps on it and (half the time) know what is coming next. When you unpause, the game will give you three seconds to get ready before starting back up again. This takes the element of surprise out of most of the levels in the game. Do this and you’ll find it fairly easy to eventually get nearly unlimited scores.

Hit the “earn prizes” button in order to get free coins. You get 100 coins in exchange for watching a free video ad, or sometimes even a stationary pop-up ad. You’re going to watch ads anyways as you play this game, so getting paid for it makes it a little more worth it.
With every 500 coins, you will be able to unlock a new character. Each of these characters will perform the same way, but the appearance changes (obviously) and it adds a collection element to the game. In addition to the video ads you get a free prize every once in awhile, so go back to collect it as needed to maximize your profit and your character collection.
After you die in a round, you will be able to revive once by watching one of these video ads. You only get this option once per round, though, so you’ll still have to deal with the challenges of the various rooms yourself, without just using unlimited video ads to get a high score.
