The Sims Social is, as you know if you are reading this, the most popular version of The Sims of all time, due to its status as a free game. With over 60 million monthly players, it has become the biggest Facebook game ever not released by Zynga, and it’s fairly close to beating CityVille to become the biggest Facebook game ever, a first for a non-Zynga game. Now, on to the tips on getting rich quickly, earning experience points like crazy, and gaining levels rapidly.

First for the simoleons, or as we know it, The Sims Social’s form of money. In The Sims Social, simoleans are made a few ways: Doing household chores, and practicing your talents (E.G. composing on the guitar, or catering a meal). Getting inspired (which is done by fulfilling all of your sim’s needs until they are all dark green) earns you more bonus money. You also make more simoleons by doing household projects such as cutting weeds, repairing household appliances, and cleaning up. These aren’t affected at all by your inspired status, however, so if you want to make some quick money without having to worry about taking the time to get inspired, this is how to do it. You can also get free money by using your bonus energy at your friends’ houses to go to their computer, hit the option “write lyrics” and completing it. You’ll earn a free 15 simoleons and 10 experience points.

Experience points and gaining levels will help you to unlock more things and to advance farther in the game, and there are many ways to get free experience levels. Go to a friend’s house and rummage through their trash can or write lyrics on their computer. Doing either one will earn you 10 experience points. Rummaging will only earn you 5 simoleons, but writing lyrics will earn you 15 simoleons as well. This is a great way to gain levels very, very quickly, and even earn some free simoleons while you’re at it.
