Ultima Forever: Quest For The Avatar – Tips and Tricks Guide: Cheats, Hints and Strategies

Ultima Forever: Quest For The Avatar is a new massively multiplayer online role-playing game based around Ultima IV. This new Electronic Arts game has been heavily modified from the original Ultima to turn it into an MMO where you complete quests alongside other players, as well as explore towns, earn keys and brand-new items. Read on for some tips and tricks for Ultima Forever!

Your main method of earning new equipment and items is by collecting keys when you kill monsters. You mainly get normal keys, and the fastest way to get gold keys is by purchasing from the in App Store, but you’re also able to trade in regular keys for gold ones. Do some key farming by going back to areas with monsters, and defeating them over and over to earn lots of keys, then exchange your keys for rarer types of keys, so that you can get better equipment.

Bosses are typically much tougher to defeat the normal monsters are, so don’t use any of your health boost potions when you’re just fighting regular monsters. Save your health boost potions for when you are fighting against mosses. Normal monsters will drop enough health boost anyways that you can completely restore your health just by killing them and picking up the boost that they leave behind.

When you are about to go to a boss area, and there are normal monsters nearby, kill them and pick up the health boosts until your health returns completely. This will save you from having to use potions whenever you fight the boss, at least partially.

Try to accept as many quests as you can, especially early on. Nothing bad happens if you decide to turn down a quest; however, whenever you reject a quest, you end up losing an opportunity to earn more virtue. Plus, quests are a good opportunity for you to figure out what to do next, and if you don’t have any left, oftentimes you will find yourself lost with nothing to do.

If you do end up stuck in the game and can’t figure out where to go next, go to one of the towns and start trying to talk to the towns people. Or, go to any other area where you’ll find nonplayer characters and talk to them, because many times one or more of them will have a quest for you to accept.

If your game keeps crashing or cutting out, it’s because it needs a consistent Wi-Fi connection in order for you to play. 3G and LTE usually will not be enough. Go somewhere where there is a consistent, steady Wi-Fi connection and you should build to play uninhibited.
