Wizard Swipe is a new pixel-style tower defense game for the iOS and Android platforms. You’re a wizard sitting on a tower, and hordes of skeletons, zombies and other baddies come at you, while you use fireballs and other spells to try to ward them off. Read on for some tips and tricks for Wizard Swipe!

Each time that you play a round, you will have three different objectives which, if accomplished, earn you thousands of coins. Hit the pause button at any time during the round if you need to see what the objectives are. Typically they will involve killing a specific number of monsters, or hitting them with 100 percent accuracy, without missing a shot.

After the round is over, all of the coins that you earn will be totaled up, and if you have an internet connection, an offer to watch an ad video to double the coins may appear as well. For this reason, play with an internet connection as often as possible, so that you can watch the video and speed up the time that it takes to earn enough for upgrades.

While it is good to diversify your upgrades, the main one to focus on should be the power of all of your spells, as this will affect both kinds of fireballs (the main one and the charge shot) as well as all of your bonus spells. To the right of that are the modifications to the fireball, such as the ability to have it keep going after it kills an enemy, allowing you to shoot through multiple enemies with just one fireball.

Use the charge shot as often as possible to kill large numbers of enemies. When there’s one or two enemies next to each other, then it’s not really necessary, but when a large group is near each other, this takes them out extra quickly. Some upgrades will also allow you to expand the range of your charge shot’s explosion.

Once you unlock a special shot, you will be able to use it a limited number of times in each battle. Use them wisely depending on your needs during the battle. Don’t forget to upgrade the shot’s additional attributes (I.E. range) by lighting up the option to the right of the original unlocked shot in the upgrade shop.
