Dawnbringer: Tips, Tricks, Cheats, How to Beat, and Strategy Guide

Dawnbringer is a new RPG/fighting hybrid by Kiloo that takes the hack-and-slash fighting gameplay of an Infinity Blade type of game and uses it as the battle system in a full-fledged RPG. You play as Kastor, a hero who has come back from Elysium to earth to undo the damage caused by your reckless brother Xariel, followed by all sorts of other adventures. You can collect new weapons, kill demons, and earn resources such as gold, Titanite, Dragonscale and Black Iron. Read on for some tips and tricks for Dawnbringer!

In this battle system, defense is just as important as offense. To defend against an enemy attack, swipe in the opposite direction. Early demons will attack in the same pattern over and over again; as you get further into the game, their patterns will become less and less predictable, and they will start throwing diagonal slashes into the mix, so you will need to learn those, too.

Gold is the premium currency of the game, and while the main way to earn more gold is to purchase it with real money, you can go to the IAP store and get free gold. Tap on the “specials” tab in the store and you can watch the Daily Video for 3 free gold, as well as follow, like, share and subscribe to the game and to the makers (Copenhagen Creators) for more free gold.

At the top of the screen will be a bar showing you what direction you are headed in. Much of the time, you can also see your next quest target on this bar, as long as you are close enough to it (especially when the target is a demon that you need to kill). If it’s not there, you’ll probably be able to find it on the map. Otherwise, you will just need to go to the designated area and wander around until you find what you need (usually the case for destroying chests and urns).

If you need to restore health and have no potions, run around and destroy the green sieves, as each one will give you more health. Destroy barrels, chests and urns on your own as well, as each one of these provides you with more currencies. They will provide only Titanite early on but as you get further in you’ll earn Black Iron and Dragonscale as well.

Open the arena challenge whenever there is a challenge available to you. If you want to win it, practice your parry moves and power up your sword, and take it as far as you can for excellent rewards. Each day that you participate in the challenge earns you better and better rewards.
