When you battle against an opponent, your goal is to take over at least two of the three cities that you’re battling over. Sweeping all three of them as the ideal, but if you only take over two of them, you will still be the victor. It’s better to win the battle then to focus too hard on trying to sweep all three of the cities.
The winner is, of course, the one who puts the most points on the board by the time that the deck runs out, but the point count is not all about the bass number of points that each card has. Tap each one of your cards to see what special attributes and powers they have. Often, they can add to or multiply the points of your other cards, or can take away points from opposing cards.
As you progress through the game, you will unlock new cards, but they will not immediately enter your deck; you have to place them in your deck, and you have to decide which cards to remove in order to make room. Building the best deck is as much an art as it is a science; ask 100 players of this game what the best deck is, and you’re likely to get 100 different answers.
To build an effective deck, you’re going to want to keep two things in mind. The first is to fill it with cards that have a wide range of energy costs, so that you have good cards to play at both the beginning and the end of the battle. The second is to mainly fill your deck with cards that have an additional attribute beyond the number of points that they have on the surface.
Be sure to build and test multiple decks in order to figure out what the best combination of cards is, and to test out new strategies. You can take what you learn from building and battling using these decks and apply as many strategies as possible to your primary deck in order to have the best chance of winning.
Go to the store area and you will be able to use your credits to upgrade random cards. Upgrading cards mainly changes their attributes; an upgrade to uncommon will cause a frame break, while an upgrade to rare will cause the car to go 3D. continue to upgrade your cards in order to earn collection points, which allow you to unlock brand new cards.
Complete the missions that are given, of which there are three at a time, in order to earn battle pass points. These experience points allow you to upgrade your battle pass, and every time you gain a level, you will gain a reward, such as a new card, boosters, or even free gold. The season pass will reset once a new season begins, so be sure to collect all of the rewards that you can until then.
