Bugbite Mike:
Cut in. Use the dustbuster vacuum to vacuum up all of the fire. Use the car batteries to zap the bugs. Staple the cuts that the bugs leave behind, two staples each will work. Repeat until the bug dies, then place it in the tray with the tongs. Staple all big and medium cuts, then cauterize all cuts. Apply ointment to all cuts and burn spots. Cut out a piece of spine with the chainsaw, place in tray with tongs. Place the new piece in place, then weld with the lighter and apply ointment. Repeat for a second piece of spine.

Close up the wound on the outside, then cut in again. Kill both bugs with the car batteries, vacuum up the fire, staple the cuts, cauterize all cuts, then apply ointment to the cuts and to the burn spots. Replace the vertebrae the same way you did before. Staple, cauterize and heal the last wound.
Tammy Gracefuls:
Zap the snakes with the car battery, then saw them with the chainsaw until they go back down. Saw until you see the notification that you earned points, and they go back down. Repeat until they die, then take the tongs and put the snakes, and then the pieces of wood, into the tray. Suck the venom out with the red syringe, then staple, cauterize and apply ointment to all of the cuts. Cut into her chest. Kill the snakes with the car battery and chainsaw again, then pull the dead snakes and the wood out with the tongs. Suck the venom out with the red syringe. Staple, cauterize and apply ointment to all cuts.
Cut the kidney out with the chainsaw along the yellow dotted lines. Cut it into thirds along the yellow dotted lines. Use the tongs to put the three pieces into the tray. Fit the new kidney, weld it into place along the black dotted lines with the lighter, then apply ointment along the green dotted lines. Staple, cauterize and apply ointment to the final cut.
Sweetmeats Pete:
Pull the fish out of the cuts, then staple the big cuts and cauterize and heal all of the cuts. Then, when you get to the severed leg, pull the fish out, staple the big cuts, cauterize and heal all cuts. Chainsaw the remainder of the leg off along the dotted lines. Use the tongs to put it into the tray, then fit the new leg on.
Next, place the clamps on the bleeding arteries by double-tapping them. Place them about half a centimeter up from the openings where the blood is spurting out. If you can’t reach them, use the tongs to move the arteries to an easier spot to reach, but don’t move them too far or you’ll get an error. Close the clamps on two sides of an artery, then fit the two sides back together using the tongs. Cauterize and apply ointment. Repeat for the second severed artery. Then, put the bone together, cauterize along the black lines and apply ointment along the green lines.
