Beat The Boss is one of the top “stupid games” out for mobile phones now. The whole goal of the game is to do violence upon your boss by not only throwing him around the room and slamming him into a wall, but by bludgeoning, stabbing, beating, shooting and attacking him with all sorts of weapons ranging from office supplies, guns, bombs, knives, swords and kitchen supplies. The Boss himself can be killed, but then recovers very quickly and unleashes a few more insults, prompting you to want to kill him again. Coins are the currency in this game, and you can use them to buy weapons, upgrade weapons, buy new offices that you can kill the boss in, and buy hearts so that you can recover him faster, only to kill him again. Read on to find out how to maximize your free coins without having to pay for them.
It used to be that you could get free coins in Kick The Boss for giving the game a five star rating. However, right now that no longer seems to be the case. If that becomes the case again, post about it in the comments section at the bottom of this article.
Maximize your coins at the beginning of the game by picking a cheap weapon and upgrading it (go to the store and press the blue arrow to upgrade weapons). Thumbtacks are a good bet because you can simply tap the boss to stick him with thumbtacks, making it a quick venture to kill him. Tap him as quickly as possible in order to land the most hits in the shortest amount of time possible.
When you tap him very quickly, often coins will simply pop out of nowhere because you landed so many hits at once. This also happens every time you kill the boss. If you land a “slow motion kill” on the boss, a MASSIVE amount of coins will pop out of nowhere, which you can click in order to pick up.
To make it easier to stop the boss from moving around while he’s being hit, tilt your phone diagonally to make the boss slide in the same direction that the phone is tilting. Slide him into the corner next to the wall, and keep him there by keeping the phone tilted, and tap him over and over. He won’t move at all, and you’ll keep landing hits and earning coins faster than ever.
When you can afford to, buy the post it notes and upgrade them to level three. You’ll get six coins per hit and, since this is a tapping weapon, you can land a ton of hits in rapid succession, earning tons of coins as you do.
