Royal Revolt 2: Attack Guide – How to destroy other players’ castle for maximum crowns and coins

Royal Revolt 2 is, basically, Royal Revolt meets Clash of Clans, meaning that PvP is the entire point of this game. You attack other players and their castles, and they attack you as well. The most basic tip is to upgrade your troops in the Troop Academy area. To keep doing this, you have to upgrade the Academy itself, and to upgrade the Academy higher, you have to upgrade the throne room. Each successive upgrade to your Academy will unlock a new troop and raise each pre-unlocked troop to one maximum upgrade level higher. Do the same thing for your spells in the Wizard Tower. Keep them updated, and keep your tower updated as well. In general, you want to have the spells that do the most damage. The hammerstrike is a strong spell, despite being your initial spell, so you can’t go wrong by keeping it upgraded as high as you can get it; however, unlike with the troops, you will want to add new spells immediately almost every time that you unlock them.

Different spells have different strengths. Firestorm, for example, can do sustaining damage by burning, while swordrain has a high range and high damage, and the healing spell, arguably one of the best secret weapons in the game, acts as a force multiplier by preventing your troops from dying. Blizzard has both a damaging and a slowdown effect, shield will protect your troops, Bladestorm lasts an extremely long time and does a lot of damage, while Sonic Blast simply decimates everything around equally.

Scrolls (AKA the more powerful spells) are extremely effective and can help you out in very very tough situations; however, try not to use them because every single one that you use will cost you gems. Save them for when you are in an EXTREMELY tight situation and you need a quick and massive boost, and especially save them only for battles that will earn you huge rewards if you win.

Back to troops, knights of course should be your bread and butter, but as you get further on into the game you will come up against tougher and tougher players. For this reason, take a look at who else you should send into battle. Range troops are especially effective for backing up your knights when you come up against deadly bomb-thrower towers, and other nasty units later on.
