Stormfall: Rise of Balur is Plarium’s newest game for the iOS and Android platforms. This game is the follow-up to Stormfall for the Facebook platform, and is the second mobile entry after Total Domination Reborn. You have an instant speed-up for free any time that you have a build, an upgrade or a lost art to research that takes five minutes or less to complete. You can complete it instantly without having to spend anything else. If you have something that takes more than five minutes to complete, wait until it’s at five minutes or less and the speed-up will become free. Otherwise, you will either have to use a boost item, such as an hourglass, or you will have to spend Sapphires to get more boosts.

Resources can get stolen by other players, but a good way to protect your resources is to put them on layaway any way that you can. One method of doing this is to not collect any of your quest rewards until the very moment that you need them, because when they’re in waiting they can’t be stolen. Don’t tap the gold, iron or wood sitting above your mines, farms, and town homes until you need them either.
You’ll be organized into the newest server automatically as you join, but after playing for awhile, keep on the lookout for abandoned kingdoms to pop up. You’ll be able to tell which are abandoned because when you spy on them they will always have resources but never have troops. They will also be stuck at the same level for a long time. You’ll know them when you see them.
While you can only use a limited amount of raids and earn a limited amount of resources at a time in this game, you can still build and upgrade to your heart’s content. Keep your keep upgraded, as well as your resource-production buildings. Join a league and participate by sending reinforcement troops and resources to other players in your league. Also, fight Black Horde Troops for more Dark Essence, which your league will use to boost your troops and reduce their food usage.
Even if you don’t plan to play on a particular day, always be sure to log into the game, so that you can get paragon points. Paragon points give you bonuses when you spend them, to include stat boosts for your defense and your troops, as well as resource and construction boosts. You earn Paragon Points in two ways. One is simply to log in daily, which is why you should always log in at least once per day, because the more consecutive days that you log into the game, the more of them that you will earn. The other way to do so is to buy them on the black market.
