25: Temple Guardian – Pull out all of the cubes and small debris. Ignore the huge debris for now. Vacuum the blood, staple the big cuts and cauterize and apply ointment to the cuts. Make an incision next. Pull out the small debris and ignore the big pipe for now. Vacuum and deal with the cuts. Then cut in just underneath the level timer. Pull out that debris, vacuum and staple, cauterize and heal. Make the second incision. Chainsaw off the big piece of debris and clean up the blood. Pull it out with the tongs and you will go back up to the first incision area. Chainsaw the pipe out. OPull a piece of debris out of the left cut. Vacuum, staple and cauterize/heal. You’ll go back to the top. Pull out the big piece of debris now, clean up the mess and deal with the cuts. Make an incision into his head and chainsaw his brain out. Remove it with tongs. Cut off the metal piece with the chainsaw and remove it. Staple, cauterize and heal all cuts and vacuum all blood. Once everything is clean, the new brain will appear. Place it and attach it with the lighter and ointment. When back at his head, deal with the incision and pull out the metal spike from the side of his head and clean up the mess. Make another incision. Pull out the Game Boy with tongs. Chainsaw out the instruction manual and pull it out with tongs. Do the same with the Magic 8-Ball. Vacuum the blood then close the incision.
26: Mister Giblets – Pull out the coin then vacuum the blood and staple and cauterize and apply ointment to the cut. Then chainsaw into his head along the dotted line. Pull the metal hat off using tongs. Match the pipes using the tongs. Once you do, weld the hat back on using the lighter and ointment. Match pipes again then close the incision. Make the third incision. Use the clamps just above the spraying point on the pipes. Turn clockwise to close them then match the new pipes. The clamps will be automatically removed. Finally, close the last incision.
27: Mister Giblets (again) – staple the big cut and cauterize and heal all cuts. Make an incision. Pull the shrapnel out of the cuts, vacuum blood, staple the big cuts and cauterize and use ointment on all cuts. Close the incision.
28: PRXY-4 – staple the big cut and cauterize and heal all cuts. Make an incision. staple the big cuts and cauterize and heal all cuts again. Make a second incision. Pull the shrapnel out of the cuts, vacuum blood, staple the big cuts and cauterize and use ointment on all cuts. Close the incision.
29: Dale Break – Pull the shrapnel out, vacuum the blood, staple, cauterize and put cream on the cuts. Cut in on the left and do the same thing. Then cut in on the right side and do the same thing. Use the scanner. Cut in at the top, slightly left side and pull the shrapnel out then vacuum, staple, cauterize and use ointment. Do the same to the two incisions.

30: Neil File – use the chainsaw to break up the cement. Vacuum the blood, staple, cauterize and put cream on the cuts. Cut in on the left side. Chainsaw the cement balls again but not the organs at first. Vacuum the blood and deal with the cuts. Then cut out the old organs with the chainsaw. Cut them into three and pull them out with the tongs. Replace them with the new organs. Close up the first incision. Make a second incision and do the same thing as with the first one. Close the second incision and you’re done.
