You can get free cash from the freight depot in East Sleeze, and you can get it immediately, over and over again, the same way. Collect the freight, then whenever it says that the next shipment is supposed to come, set your time on your phone or tablet to that, and you will be able to collect it right away.
The freight deliveries also frequently contain assassin tokens. The chances of them containing tokens are random – nothing that you do will have an effect on whether or not a token or two will actually be in there. However, if you have patience, you can earn as many tokens as you want by doing this.
If you want to reset the cool down time back to normal on the freight deliveries, do the same thing that you would do to reset the energy countdown. Shut down the app, then set the time back to normal, then open the app back up, and the cooldown time will be put back to normal.
Don’t bother opening the big steel box that costs eight tokens to open, though. It takes far too long just to rack up all of those tokens, and no amount of tokens that you earn from the big premium box will make up for all of those spent tokens.
