The gameplay is very simple in this game; you move forward automatically and you shoot automatically, so the main part under your control is making sure that you avoid getting shot by aliens, and aiming your shots so that they take out the enemy. Each level has multiple waves, And once you make it to the end of the level, you pass it.
After you pass a level for the first time, you will earn one star. You will then be able to go back and play the level again on a higher difficulty for the second star. After that, you will be able to play the same level on the highest difficulty in order to earn a third star.
Playing these tougher levels enables you to earn greater rewards for passing the same level. Not only that, but you earn extra rewards as you get more stars.
Be sure to collect all of the coins that pop out of each alien that you knock off, because if you don’t collect them and they go flying off of the screen, then you won’t earn those coins at the end of the level. Once you beat the stage, you will also have the option of watching an advertisement video in order to quadruple your earnings.
There are many ways to upgrade your ships. You can unlock new ships by earning shards, you can spend coins in order to level up ships, or you can evolve a ship using the same shards that you originally used to unlock it.
You can also have up to two drones and one upgrade stone. The drones are invincible and provide extra fire power, while the upgrade stone boosts the stats of your main ship. These, like the main ship, can be leveled up using coins, or can be evolved.
There are specific coins and ships that can be unlocked by watching a series of advertisement videos. This can be as little as five videos or as many as 80 videos. If you have a lot of time on your hands and you don’t want to spend any coins or gems, then this can be an excellent way to unlock a higher tier ship than the one that you currently have.
When you are on the main level select screen, you will be able to unlock new bosses to fight. They will be lined up on the bottom bar. As you continue to rank up, you will be able to unlock even more bosses for better rewards.
Other new gameplay modes will become available to you as well as you gain ranks. One of the most fun of these is the multiplayer mode. This is where you will get to compete against other players to earn top scores and rewards.
