Trucker: Parking Simulator Tips and Tricks Guide – Hints, Cheats and Strategies

Trucker: Parking Simulator is an unlikely, though addictive new app for the iPhone and iPad as well as for other iOS devices. Your goal is simply to drive a big rig through a course and park it, but as simple as that sounds, it’s hard as HELL to do successfully within the short amount of time that you are given. You can drive either an oil tanker or a great big monster truck, and the trucks are realistic not only in size, but in driving characteristics, making this an extremely tough game. Ever thought that truckers had it easy? Yeah, no. Anyways, read on for some tips and tricks for Trucker: Parking Simulator!

When you’re driving the truck around the course, think about the moves that you see real truck drivers do on the road. Swing as wide as possible in order to avoid hitting cones and other obstacles with the trailer. To make this easier, though, change the camera angle.

You can change the camera angle by swiping from left to right or up and down to swirl the camera around the truck, or pinching and dragging to zoom, but the best way to change it is by using the “light” icon in the top right corner of the screen. This gives you various buttons with which to work. The button that’s right in the center of the truck puts the camera to a straight top-down angle, and the eye button puts you right in the driver’s seat.

The view in the driver’s seat is recommended on courses that are not super tight, where speed is necessary, because it makes steering at speed a LOT easier, even if you can’t see the trailer behind you. The view from the top down, though, is the best one if you want to drive completely cleanly and park completely cleanly.

In addition, you can change the controls in the pause menu so that you can steer on either the left or right side of the screen, steer by tilting, or with a simulated steering wheel. You can also increase or decrease the sensitivity of the wheel/buttons/tilting, so that you can steer with far more precision and tune it according to how you do best in the game.
