If you’ve played any other match three game, you get the general idea of this game. The main difference is in what the four- and five-piece combinations do. Four pieces brings up the red bird. The red bird clears out one single line of tiles. A five-piece L or T-shaped combination brings up the yellow bird, which blasts a +-shape across the board.. Five in a row brings up the bomb bird, which allows you to blast three rows in a straight line.
The one thing that you can’t do in this game that you can do in other match three games is to combine the birds together. You can’t combine them at all in this game. Instead, if you do a combo and it hits one of the other birds on the board, that bird will perform their special action too. So you can chain birds together to clear out loads of spaces on the board, but there is no combination-specific action with the birds in this game.
As you progress through levels, you’ll unlock the ability to invite new birds to the party. They don’t change the game much; the main difference is that when you have more birds in your party, you will get larger coin bonuses each time that you finish a level. When you unlock new outfits for them, then you’ll be able to get bigger coin bonuses. The bigger bonus outfits are the ones that you will find in chests.
When the tutorial is done, you will lose a life whenever you lose a level. When you lose a life, you will have half an hour until time restores it back again. If you want to earn the life back immediately, then go to the date and time settings on your phone and set the time forward by however many minutes you need to restore all of your lives. Then go back and the lives will be regenerated instantly.
There are a few ways that you can earn free gems in this game. One of them is to open the chests; they have a good chance of earning you free gems, which leads to buying even rarer chests. Log onto Facebook, as well, and you have a shot at earning free gems from that.
