Hire another employee for the department for a massive productivity upgrade, and upgrade the salary of whoever works there for a multiplier upon all other upgrades.

Go to the gold car parked in front of the store to do an ad video offer for either cash or gems. Tap the green trucks in the upper left corner of the store to earn cash from them. Complete quests and collect their rewards to earn a good chunk of free cash or gems.

On top of that, you can watch ads to get both multipliers and premium rewards. When you come back from a long period of being offline, watch an ad to double the income, or spend 20 gems to triple the income. When you want to double your income for awhile, click on the x2 button at the bottom of the screen to watch an ad. Once you make enough money, you’ll be able to sell your current supermarket and buy a new one, which is this game’s version of a prestige. Each time you start a new supermarket you’ll have to start over from the beginning, but all of your earnings will be multiplied by a minimum of x50 at a time. If you want to earn the most possible offline income, set your phone screen never to idle, then when you’re offline for awhile (asleep etc), leave the game active and let your phone play this game indefinitely, charging your phone in the process. When you wake up and pick the phone back up, a huge amount of cash will be waiting. Your offline income only collects for two hours unless you buy the General Manager upgrade, which causes it to collect for 10 hours. But with the game staying active, your “offline” income will collect indefinitely.
