AR Robot: Top Tips, Walkthrough, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

AR Robot is a new PvP fighting game for the iOS and Android platforms. You play as a fully customizable robot that can have new parts swapped in and out, as well as be trained on attack, defense, and precision. You can learn new skills, upgrade your parts, and transform into the toughest robot possible. Read on for some tips and tricks for AR Robot!

Training is hugely important in this game so that you can get the necessary materials to upgrade your robot and to get new parts. When training attack, tap on the screen as quickly as possible, with as many fingers as possible (seven to ten fingers, or have multiple people tap at the same time for the biggest effect). This makes it easiest to train attack compared to either defense or precision.

As far as those go, to train defense, you want to tap each of the fists when they turn green as they fly by. Just keep waiting for the color change to green and sussing out the pattern to make it to high levels, such as level 20. And for the precision training, tap the targets as accurately as possible. Look out for the ones that are on the other side of the robot. Some of them you won’t be able to see due to your robot blocking them, so tap your robot until you find them.

To get new parts, you need scrap and a one of the three crystal colors (red for attack, blue for defense, orange for precision), or a combination of the three depending on the part. Scrap is earned from either winning a battle or having a training session. At the end of each battle or session, you can double your earnings, too, by watching an advertisement video.

Battles take place automatically; your only part in them is using the skills. Your hook and attack skills are important, but your sweep skill (the one that costs six skill points) is insanely powerful, so save up for it right off the bat. Don’t use your weaker skills, like the hook or the healing skill. Use your sweep to do a ton of damage right away.

Defense might look like a hugely important number, but precision and, to a lesser extent, strength, are far more important. Precision will allow you to make hits without missing, and robots without high precision tend to miss a LOT. Strength will increase the power of your attacks. With both of these, you can drain enemy defense far quicker than with just defense but not much attack or precision.
